Abstract Submission

Guidelines for the abstract structure

➡️ The acceptable word range for the abstract is 100 – 500 words. The abstracts which do not meet this word limit will be sent back to the author(s) to be revised.
➡️Please download the abstract template (WORD FILE) and follow the format carefully. If the abstract template is not followed as is, you will be asked for revisions.
➡️Your submission should be in English.
➡️The submission of an abstract carries with it the obligation that it is actually presented at the meeting by the author or, at least, by one of the co-authors.
➡️By submitting an abstract, authors accept the licence & copyright agreement and certify that: (i) They are authorized by their co-authors to enter into these arrangements; (ii) They secure the right to reproduce any material that has already been published or copyrighted elsewhere.

Important information for the co–authors

Please note a single registration permits only one person to attend the conference.
If the co-authors would like to attend the conference, their registration and payment are required to be made independently.
Co-authors will be given a discount of registration fee.
The certificate will be issued to co-authors upon their registration/payment for the conference.
Please make the prior communications with the organizing committee with regard to this matter to enjoy the benefit of the discount.

IMPORTANT: After submission it will show a message that the request was submitted. We will contact you later by e-mail (not auto response).

Notification of Acceptance:

Notification of acceptance (for abstracts submitted for oral presentation) will be sent via e-mail by June 5, 2025

PRESENTATION GUIDELINES:

Plenary and Invited Talks:
    ✔️ The Plenary Talk will be 45 min with questions.
     ✔️The duration of the Invited Talks will be 25min including questions.

Oral Presentations:
     ✔️ The duration of the Oral talks will be 15 min including the questions.

Poster Presentations
       The poster pin board dimensions is A0 (841 x 1188 mm). The poster looking is vertical (height 1188 mm).
Your presence is recommended during lunch and coffee breaks for discussion with those who are interested in your research.
Materials to hang your poster will be available at the poster area.841 x 1188 mm
