from 26 March 2026 to 30 April 2026	Late Registration Fee	The period to pay a late registration fee.
13 April 2026	Abstract Submission Deadline for oral presentation	Final date to submit abstracts for the oral presentation.
17 April 2026	Notification of Accepted Abstracts	Announcement of abstracts accepted for oral presentation.
20 April 2026	Abstract Submission Deadline for poster presentation	Final date to submit abstracts for the poster presentation.
7 - 10 July 2026	Conference Dates	The conference will take place on these dates.

**Abstracts will be evaluated by a Jury of experts working in different scientific fields. This process will be done in one stage.

Notification of Acceptance:
Submitted abstracts for the poster session will be evaluated on a rolling basis.
Notifications regarding acceptance for oral presentations will be sent after the abstract submission deadline. While every effort will be made to respect the presentation preference indicated by the authors, please note that in the case of a high number of oral presentation requests, the Organizing Committee may invite some authors to present their work as a poster presentation instead.
Notification of acceptance for abstracts submitted for oral presentation will be sent by 17 April 2026 via e-mail.

Withdrawal of an Abstract:
If the author of an accepted abstract does not complete registration by the author registration deadline, the abstract will be automatically withdrawn from the final conference program.
