Participants are kindly requested to make their own reservations directly with the Courtyard by Marriott Brno Hotel.
To access the special conference rate, a booking code will be provided after your registration has been confirmed and payment received.
Once your registration is complete, the Conference Secretariat will send you:

A direct reservation link
Step-by-step instructions for completing your booking

🕒 Check-in / Check-out Time

Check-in: from 15:00 (3:00 PM)
Check-out: until 12:00 (noon)

❌ Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation: up to 14 days before arrival
13–0 days before arrival: 100% cancellation fee

Please ensure your travel plans are confirmed before the non-refundable period begins.

Rooms are subject to availability and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
The conference organizers do not collect accommodation payments. All payments must be made directly to the hotel.
The special rate is valid only for registered participants.
To guarantee the rate, bookings should be made before 15 June 2026.
